KRIIK has observed all rounds of elections held in Albania since its establishment, by engaging volunteers under the logo of other organizations, and since 2005 is one of the leading organizations of the Coalition of Domestic Observers, the biggest network of domestic election monitoring organizations in the country. For the 2009 Parliamentary Elections, KRIIK has conducted Parallel Vote Tabulation, for the first and only time at a national scale.
